It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions for any changes and you are encourage to check the terms and conditions frequently. By using our services, you acknowledge that you agree with our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future terms and conditions, please do not use or access the website.

3. All materials on the website are owned by or licensed to us that you will not copy, distribute or make derivative works of website in any aspects, whether online or offline, without MMC’s prior written consents.

4. You give your consent that you will not do unauthorized use of the materials and information on the website.

5. Customers using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. All the registration information that you submit is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account and your use of website and services offered through this website do not violate any applicable law or regulations.

You need are a new client and not register with MMC, simply visit and view the Website, but to access and participate in certain features of the website, you will need to create a password-protected account. To create an account, you must submit your number to receive an OTP and for the next step you must submit your name and email address through the account registration page on the Website and create a password. You will also have the ability to provide additional optional information, which is not required to register from an account but may be helpful to MMC in providing you with more customized experience when using the website.

7. When you make a booking through MMC, we will provide you a good cleaning, maintenance and technical services. Once our job is done, the fees you pay to our staffs/ company are non-refundable (unless there is a problem or complaint caused by our staff / company). The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company on a going-forward basis. You are liable for any and all taxes (except taxes based on our income).

8. MMC may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on MMC website or messaging our client through SMS or email.

9. MMC cannot be held responsible for the unlawful acts of cleaners, technician and users.

10. MMC team is comprised of professional, trustworthy and hardworking individuals that are employees rather than independent contractors, providing protection for our clients. All of our staff are hired after a background check.

12. MMC will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website (e.g. a credit card or cash). If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase.12.If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

13.If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to our official company Whatsapp number. We will charge full cancelation based on how much is the total of your booking.

14.If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or/and invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be kept in full force and effect. MMC may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms and Conditions and its rights and obligations without consent.

14.MMC will send messages via Whatsapp, SMS, email or notifications as means of communication for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment confirmation & appointment updates and marketing.

15.‘We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’.

16.United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

17.Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’.

18. Payment Confirmation (for Services) – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

19. Refund policy - "Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”

20. Delivery/Shipping Policy - The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
